Carla Neisen

Born in 1996, Carla has seen her passion and determination lead her to the biggest competitions, where she has won almost everything, including a bronze medal at the 2022 World Cup and a silver medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

Progressing step by step, Carla passed tests in Toulouse and took part in numerous training camps with the French team before signing a contract with Rugby 7s in 2016. Arriving at a crucial time after a poor campaign by the French women's team at Rio 2016, she helped rebuild the team, earning a place at the 2017 World Cup and a silver medal at Tokyo 2020. Her exceptional career and commitment led to her becoming team captain.
